Cameo is our third real estate development brand and marketing project for Casman Properties. Located in Sidney BC, a picturesque seaside town, Cameo has unique features which provide an interesting creative opportunity.

Cameo will be a 42-unit building in the heart of downtown Sidney, built above a popular repertory cinema – a venerable institution in the town. The cinema, along with a variety of floor plans, from studios to luxury penthouses — will be a striking new building in town.

Trapeze recommended that our client use the legacy of the building to brand it – and hence, it was named Cameo, to harken ‘cameo appearances’ of Hollywood fame. This allowed for playful messaging for advertising and condo unit sales, using phrases such as “Make an appearance in downtown Sidney”, etc.
